Meet our incredible yoga instructor!
With a 200-hour Teacher Training Certification (TTC) and a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification under her belt, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every class.
But wait, there's more! She is also a certified nutritionist with a Certificate in Basic Diet and Nutrition, as well as a Certified Weight Loss Coach with over 200 hours of training. With a holistic approach to wellness, she seamlessly blends yoga practice with nutrition guidance, helping students not only strengthen their bodies but also nourish them from the inside out.
